Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us, so we kept this simple. VibraGame is built to work without knowing who you are. This page explains, in plain language, what that means for you.

We collect nothing. We store nothing.

We do not gather your personal data and we do not keep it on our servers. No accounts, no tracking profiles, no selling or sharing of information. You can use VibraGame without registering or telling us anything about yourself.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or address to browse the site, and we do not build advertising or behavioural profiles. We do not sell, rent or trade any data, because there is no personal database to sell from.

  • No user accounts and no registration required.
  • No third-party advertising or tracking networks.
  • No permanent server-side records tied to you as a person.
  • If you choose to write to us through the feedback form, we only use what you send to reply โ€” nothing more.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary, session cookies โ€” small technical values the site needs to work correctly while you are visiting. Any personal information they may hold lives only for the duration of your session. When your browsing session ends, that information is gone: session cookies are cleared and nothing is retained on our side.

We do not set advertising, analytics or long-term tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings without breaking access to the site.

GDPR compliance

VibraGame complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent data-protection laws. Because we do not collect or store personal data, there is effectively nothing about you to process, profile or transfer. The only technical processing that occurs โ€” strictly necessary session cookies โ€” is based on the legitimate interest of delivering a working website and ends with your session.

You still keep every right the GDPR gives you โ€” access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Since we hold no personal data, in practice there is nothing to export or delete, but if you have any concern you can reach us through the feedback form and we will respond.

Children's privacy

We respect the rights of children and comply with laws that protect minors online, including the GDPR provisions for children and the principles of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). VibraGame is not directed at children and we knowingly collect no data from anyone, minors included. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information through the feedback form, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we will update the text on this page. Questions about privacy? Write to us through the feedback form.
